Plenty of agencies throw you in at the deep end and see who is left standing. This one does not. You will sit right next to the consultants running the desk, learning how it is genuinely done, on a warm patch with real clients and real roles from the start.

Our client is a specialist agency working across digital marketing, eCommerce and performance marketing, placing talent into some of the country's best-known consumer and online brands. They are a small, close-knit team, so you will not be a number lost in a big-agency machine - you will be trained, backed and given room to grow.

This one is open to a few different backgrounds: a junior recruiter with a year or so under their belt after a stronger platform, someone from marketing or sales ready to make the switch, or someone with no recruitment experience at all but the right drive and personality.

What the role involves

• Sourcing and screening candidates across digital, eCommerce and performance marketing
• Writing sharp candidate profiles and keeping the CRM in order
• Running outreach and building out talent pools in a fast-moving market
• Sitting in on client briefings and candidate interviews to learn the process firsthand
• Taking on more ownership of your own roles as your confidence grows

Who they are looking for

• Some recruitment experience, or a solid background in marketing, sales or another client-facing role
• Organised, dependable and quick to follow up
• A genuine interest in marketing, eCommerce or consumer brands (a real plus)
• A thick skin and the drive to keep going when a deal falls over
